Onions stuffed with vegetables and ham
Baked stuffed onions with vegetables and ham. If the recipe to exclude ham and cheese, you will get a delicious vegetable dish.

  • Pearl barley

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Dill

1. Boil barley according to instructions. Onions cleaned from the husk and cut off the tip. Using a teaspoon take out the middle, leaving a wall thickness of 1 layer. Ready onion cups set aside.

2. Prepare the stuffing. The inner part of the onions, finely chop. Heat the oil in a pan and stew the onions until transparent.

4. Add soy sauce (1-2 tbsp) and pepper, stir and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Salt added at will, consider to be cheese.

... and put into the form. Put in a bottle and cover dish with foil.

6. Put onion with barley in the oven, preheated to 190 C, for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Bon appetit!
