Beef Stroganoff beef
Not complicated and most tender beef for lunch or dinner favorite )

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Potato starch

    1.5 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Tenderloin cut into not thick slices, repel, pepper and salt or wiping with spices for meat

Cut into strips and fry on medium heat until brown

Onions cut into cubes

Add onion to meat and cook for 2 minutes

Add tomato paste and simmer on a slow fire

Meanwhile, the starch dilute with water

Put the saucepan on a medium heat, add the cream, stir as soon as the cream comes to a boil-add sour cream, warmed 2 minutes and add the sauce to the meat

Cover with a lid and stew for 20 minutes on low heat. Served with boiled potatoes and enjoy )
