Liver with cranberries

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    850 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Soy sauce

    20 ml

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

I washed the liver and poured her milk. In the absence of time, you can skip this step.

Get the liver and wash them thoroughly. I removed the visible veins. And cut into pieces.
