Cooking
To prepare stuffed peppers, I use red rice TM Mistral.
And need twisted through a meat grinder fish fillet.
Rice cover with water and bring to semi cooked, drain in a colander.
Connect the red rice with fish meat.
Grated carrot and chopped onion to fry in olive oil for about 5 minutes and add the fish and rice. Mix well.
Now add the chickpeas and stir. Add salt to taste and nutmeg.
To the stuffing add a raw egg and stir.
Stuff pepper with filling and put in a pot, pour the liquid on the bottom of the pan, cover with a lid. On the bottom of the pan, you can put some vegetables (potatoes or cabbage leaf so that the peppers do not touch the bottom of the pan. Put the saucepan on slow fire, cook for 15-20 minutes.
