Gnocchi with sausage in a pumpkin sauce
Dear cooks, I bring to your attention an interesting dish of pumpkin, simple cooking that will satiate and surprise your loved ones, but also diversifies your menu.

Ingredients

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

Flour, eggs, olive oil and water to knead the dough, savernet it in plastic wrap and put in the fridge.

Pumpkin cleaned, cut into pieces.

Onion and garlic finely chop. In a deep frying pan or wide saucepan with oil to fry the onion. Add garlic and pumpkin, fry.

If you like dishes more spicy, add half a chili pepper without seeds, chopped into slices. Parsley finely chop.

Sausages, it is better to use a sharp little, cut into slices and fry in a dry pan, you can remove excess fat.

Add the wine and boil until then, until you evaporate the alcohol. Add the broth. If you don't have vegetable broth or cubes, then dissolve a teaspoon of granular spices such as "Vegeta" in the Cup of hot water. Cover the vegetables and simmer until cooked pumpkin.

Sausage and cream add to the pumpkin, a couple of minutes to boil. In the end, add the parsley and finely grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
