Option for the holiday table or just for a tasty dinner. Fish can take any, I have cod) is very simple, this recipe will not take you much time.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1.6 kg

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    70 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Water

    400 ml

Prepare the ingredients)

Carrots to RUB, to lay over the meat, on top of the fish ( preferably in portions ), salt and pepper, put the Bay leaf and parsley root.

Add water, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.
