Fish fillet skip through Mincer. Add the soy sauce. Mix well.
Add a loaf of bread, softened in milk.
Add the nutmeg and Basil.
Add raw egg and stir.
Add chopped green onions.
Add the rice. Mix well.
The resulting mass is slightly cool, and then strung on skewers into long cutlets. Fry until cooked over the coals or in foil in the oven. The foil retains the juiciness. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
