Pork tenderloin with cucumber salad
I never thought about how useful or harmful to eat meat for dinner. I like meat do not like to cook. Offer to bake a pork tenderloin in a marinade based on soy sauce Kikkoman. On the side we'll serve a refreshing cucumber salad.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    450 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lime

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 handful

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

For the marinade mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, juice and zest of lime, grated garlic and grated ginger.

Tenderloin cleaned from films.

Pour meat with marinade and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Bake the tenderloin at 180 degrees on the crisp tray. It took me 35 minutes. In processes that use baking you can coat the meat with the remaining marinade. Prepared meat, cover with foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Cut cucumbers into ribbons using peelers. Add the chopped chilli and dill. For dressing mix the lime juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, salt and some grated ginger.

Salad serve immediately with slices of grilled tenderloin.
