Pancake snack cake
A simple but delicious snack cake made of pancakes and stuffing! Perfect for celebrating carnival!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Dill

To prepare the products in advance. Everything should be at room temperature.

Kefir to some warm (30-35 degrees), add yeast and sugar and half the flour.
