Description
Very gentle trout, marinated in soy sauce and Kikkoman stir-fried in batter. But the highlight of this dish is transparent the batter, it gives a fine elegant note to our fish.

Trout fillet cut into large pieces
Soy sauce+sugar+salt = the marinade
Marinate in the marinade the pieces of trout for 20 minutes.
While trout is marinating, prepare the batter – mix all ingredients for batter. In a pan pour vegetable oil and put on fire to heat up. The amount of oil depends on Your ways to fry anything in oil.
Trout, after marinade dry. To make it easier, the pieces of trout, I put on wooden sticks. This makes working with hot oil safer.
Dip the trout in flour, (for that was not the batter separate from the fish), then in the batter and drop into hot vegetable oil.
