Cooking
Meat cut into thin slices. Pour half of soy sauce, mix well, cover with film and put in the fridge.
Boil the rice until tender according to package instructions.
I took rice aquatics Basmati mix TM Mistral
In a pan heat the oil, fry the peeled garlic. Then remove the garlic.
Put the rice, heat over high heat. Drive egg and mix quickly.
Pour the remaining soy sauce, sugar, cilantro, broccoli, disassembled into florets (I used defrosted ) and stir.
Dish serve hot, sprinkled with chopped peanuts and season with pepper to taste. Bon appetit!
