I want to offer You to bake fancy pancakes, the secret of which is to brown the butter. If done correctly, the pancakes will turn out very tender, with a subtle nutty flavor and will win over Your loved ones - they will ask for them for Breakfast very often. Come on in, help yourself!

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    65 g

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Berry

  • Dark chocolate

The secret to these pancakes - brown butter. It should be of good quality, consist of high-fat cream, without any additives. I used butter "Ecomilk".

Heat the pan or skillet. Melt the chopped butter (60 g).

Reduce heat to low and continue to heat the butter until then, until it will not go nutty aroma and it begins to acquire a brown tint. Too to overheat the oil impossible, and in any case not to let it begin to smoke. As soon as we feel the characteristic smell - immediately remove from heat. Cool.

While the butter cools, prepare the dough. Sift flour, add salt and sugar, beat eggs.

Pour the room temperature milk. Stir. Add the prepared brown butter, stir again.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth or towel and allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Good heat the pan and grease it with remaining butter. Bake thin pancakes. The dough pour in the pan does not need a lot, the thinner the pancakes will be, the better. They are very well turned over and torn.

Ready pancakes serve with berries and melted chocolate. And it is possible with jam, syrup, condensed milk, fruit, sweet yoghurt... the options are limitless. Out of this number of products I got 14 pancakes. Help yourself, it is very tasty!))
