Pie with meat, potatoes and cucumbers
Who doesn't like pie?! Love them almost all!!! The most popular and favorite savory toppings - vegetables and meat. Today we prepare minced meat, potatoes and pickled cucumbers TM "6 Acres." Let all be delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Oil garlic

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Prepare the products. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. The water is drained. Potatoes cool. Rabbit meat mince, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut into cubes and boiled potatoes.

Cut green onions.

Put potatoes and onions in a bowl. Add the garlic oil.

Dice, chop pickled cucumbers.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Transfer to a baking sheet. Visually divide the layer of dough lengthwise into 3 parts. I made the markings.
