Stuffed onions
Onions stuffed with meat and rice, impaled on skewers alternately with red bell pepper, diversify and decorate your menu. The dish turns out very tasty and juicy, looks nice and appetino. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Bow white

    500 g

  • Red onion

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

  • Vegetable oil

Onions can take only white or only red. For the sample I decided to try both, but in the end I still taste the onions white.

Carefully remove core of onion.

Boil the basmati rice mix according to the instructions on the package.

Twisted mix the minced meat with onion and rice, add the paprika, garlic, salt and spices. For the filling, I twisted chicken meat with the onion cores.

Carefully fill each onion with the minced meat.

Bulgarian pepper to cut, removing the seeds and partitions, to kredyty. Pre-soaked in water skewers Alternately strung on them onions and peppers.

Each skewer put on greased foil, pepper, a little prisolit, drizzle with oil and wrap, pressing the edges.
