Cooking
Take a deep pan and pour sunflower oil, pour onion (finely chopped) and begin to fry. In the process of roasting sprinkle with salt (not much).
When onion is ready, remove the pan from the heat and allow the onions to cool slightly. Then add the paprika.
Put the saucepan on the fire and put the diced pork.
Mix everything. Doing the fire to a minimum. Add nutmeg, salt pepper and Bay leaf (if you like). Cover with a lid and leave to stew.
Stewed for about an hour. Water it is advisable not to add, because the meat itself extracts the juice. If suddenly not enough, you can add, but not much. Bon appetit!!!
