Mashed potatoes with celery and chicken cutlets
I wanted to diversify a little bit, very familiar and common to us, the dish. I have, as always, all with an emphasis on child than it gets eaten up faster)))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

One piece of chicken breast grind in a food processor (blender, chopper) with a bow. The second part is cut into small cubes.

Add to the chicken, corn, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Formed small patties and coat in sesame seeds. I had a black and white, I decided to make half))) Fry them until cooked.

In parallel, put on to cook potatoes, celery. Add the saffron and, after boiling, salt. Boil 2 eggs.

10 minutes before end of cooking, add grated garlic (about 1 tsp)

Finished cakes spread on a cloth (remove excess oil).

With potatoes drain off water and remove celery (I would love to leave but can't). Make puree: add the warmed milk, butter and at the end of the input, grated on a large grater, eggs.

Mashed potatoes turns out very tasty and fragrant. Here is the usual and familiar dish, with a few changes, I hope will be of your liking.
