Chicken in a wine marinade with potatoes
Tender chicken marinated in Spanish white dry wine and grilled portions with potatoes. Delicious, nutritious and convenient.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    400 g

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

    80 g

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

Ingredients - mayonnaise Maheev, spicy ketchup, onion, potatoes, chicken, carrots.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces and pickled in wine with salt and a Basil leaf for 60 minutes. Then spread the batch in ceramic pots with a diameter of 12 cm.

Peeled potatoes sliced in a food processor thin slices and put on fillets. In the center put a piece of carrot and put into a preheated oven bake at 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes, removed from the oven chicken with potatoes. The top of the potatoes, sliced onion half rings and pour mayonnaise mixed with ketchup and garlic. A little sprinkle of dried roots ground into powder and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes.

The dish is delicious. The chicken is juicy. ( Time the cooking went 65 minutes and 60 for marinating the fillets. )
