Homemade sausage with sauce
It turned out so delicious that I want to share with You. Homemade sausage itself turned out delicious, even cooked two days in a row and have already made the stock in monosilicic, and a spicy, moderately sweet-spicy sauce couldn't put it down. I hope YOU will like it.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    800 g

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Intestine

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Whiskey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.333 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.333 tsp

  • Powder mustard

    0.333 tsp

  • Jam

    0.333 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise sauce

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Garlic peel and finely chop. Beef, pork wash and cut into pieces.

Add 3 tbsp pomegranate sauce.

Begin to prepare sauce. Mix 1 tbsp whisky and 1 tbsp of pomegranate sauce. Heat on the stove until boiling.
