I have never understood the taste of spinach and only a few years ago I realized that I just didn't know how to cook it. Connect the spinach with walnut paste and coconut milk and you will know the taste of a perfect, fantastically delicious combinations. Highly recommend to boil the rice with turmeric useful properties which in some measure has been described even in Ayurveda. And you get amber, crumbly, delicious rice. And all this for 15 minutes!

Cooking
Fresh spinach chopped, put into blender.
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, what would the leaves evenly grinds.
In boiling water add turmeric, salt to taste and bags of Jasmine rice from the Mistral. He is preparing 15 minutes, it turns crumbly and turmeric are particularly beneficial and tasty. (Turmeric - a natural antibiotic)
Garlic peel and cut into strips.
In a pan pour oil, put garlic and fry it for 1 minute.
Add the minced spinach and coconut milk. Put on fire and boil for about 5 minutes, until the liquid is half evaporated.
Sesame, peanut paste and walnut to add to the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Add the canned corn, bring to a boil and the sauce is ready.
By this time the rice is cooked. Remove it from the water, let the water drain, cut open bag and spread beautiful yellow rice on a plate.
