I tried to make a pie of Filo pastry was very tasty. A special highlight adds a salty cheese combined with greens.

Cooking
For the filling: mix Well the grated on a coarse grater cheese, greens and 3 eggs.
On a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet lay out the first two sheets and grease them with vegetable oil. Take 2 sheets of dough, because the dough is very thin.
Spread the filling (about 4-5 tbsp).
Lay the next 2 sheets, greasing them with vegetable oil. Alternate layers of stuffing, 2 sheets of dough, vegetable oil.
Cover pie top with the beaten egg (1pc.) with sour cream.
Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
