Description
Sliced pork with Asian touch of flavor cooked in a sauce of peppers with the leeks and spices. With a side dish of rice amber from "Mistral".

Cooking
In salted boiling water, drop the two bags of rice from the amber "Mistral", cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Meat cut in small pieces. Quickly fry, stirring, in heated pan with vegetable oil.
Meat to salt, add black pepper, chili pepper and chopped garlic, brown sugar. Mix well.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add diced bell pepper, mix well.
Pour water, add to soy sauce. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced leeks. Cook for another 5-7 minutes (until cooked meat and boiling down the sauce), without a lid, stirring occasionally.
