Description

Sticks of cod in a corn breading
Variation of cod in breadcrumbs... Recently tried this version of the breading on the chicken, all Sooo much! I decided to try on the fish. I have the backs of the cod, but can be any fish with a dense meat. Cornflakes not limp as bread crumbs and give the dish a nice Golden look and great taste. Well, plus, of course, that they are not fried in oil, and baked in the oven. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    1 kg

  • Corn flakes

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

Cooking

step-0
Cod fillets defrost, rinse and dry with paper towels.
step-1
Slice lengthwise into strips.
step-2
In vegetable oil (oil is the perfect "Ideal" mix of sunflower and olive), add the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. This is a marinade for fish.
step-3
Pour the fish marinade and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
step-4
Now the breading: in a regular pack pour corn flakes, lemon zest and spice to fish. You can add 1 tbsp flour, but I didn't. The package is good mash with your hand or a rolling pin to grind cereals, but not much. Each piece put in a package and is good to roll. In the package to do it very conveniently, the batter is distributed evenly.
step-5
Baking tray lay baking paper and put our breaded sticks. Put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
