Potatoes, stewed in a frying pan with beans
Stewed potatoes with vegetables and beans is prepared fairly quickly, if you cook it in the pan. Basil gives a nice flavor to the dish. This recipe is great for lunch or dinner for both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Beans

    50 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Basil

    0.25 tsp

  • Greens

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

Beans (I had black) needs to be soaked in water overnight for swelling. Then boil before sex preparedness.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into sticks. Pour water into the pan and put the potatoes.

Carrots also clean, wash and cut into semi circles. Put the potatoes.

Red onion cut into medium pieces, you can and the floor rings. Add to the pan. Season with salt and add Basil.

Add boiled beans and stew under a cover on slow fire to readiness of potatoes.

Then add sour cream and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.

Should be a small "slurry". Remove from the heat and add the greens, stir.

Then sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater. Cover it and give the melted cheese. Then serve directly in the pan.
