Cooking
To start prepare the vegetables: wash and dry.
From hot pepper remove seeds, peel the garlic. Chop them in small pieces. Purified from the skin of the ginger RUB on a small grater.
With bell pepper cut the stem and cleans the seeds. Cut it into cubes.
Carrots clean and cut into thin slices, onion – that such slices.
Zucchini cut into medium-sized pieces. Thoroughly washed mushrooms cut into four pieces. I could cook a stew with mushrooms, without mushrooms, and in fact, in this version, very tasty.
In a large skillet, heat 3 tbsp of sesame (or regular) butter and fry them in chilli and garlic, about 2-3 minutes. Then remove the roasted vegetables from the pan – they "gave" the taste and aroma of the oil and we don't need – and the oil reserve.
Now in the pan in the same oil put the carrots and fry it about 2 minutes
then add the onions and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Then put chopped slices of tomatoes,
bell pepper and green peas. Add vegetables to the ginger and mushrooms. Fry all together on medium heat, stirring constantly, 4-5 minutes.
Then in the pan pour tomato juice (fresh squeezed) mixed with soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir, cover with a lid and give him sweat 8 minutes, on low heat.
Then add the starch, pre-diluted in 1-2 tbsp of water and stir. Sauce should slightly thicken. Turn off the heat.
This stew is served, for example, with boiled rice. It can also apply to meat and can be eaten as a separate dish. Dish decorate with greens and sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
