Vegetable stew in Oriental style
The stew is very rich and tasty dish, which contains a lot of vitamins and fiber, especially if you cook it with seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

To start prepare the vegetables: wash and dry.

bell pepper and green peas. Add vegetables to the ginger and mushrooms. Fry all together on medium heat, stirring constantly, 4-5 minutes.

Then in the pan pour tomato juice (fresh squeezed) mixed with soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir, cover with a lid and give him sweat 8 minutes, on low heat.

Then add the starch, pre-diluted in 1-2 tbsp of water and stir. Sauce should slightly thicken. Turn off the heat.
