This simple but very delicious recipe. Prepare and enjoy the wonderful taste of this dish. For cooking risotto peasant-I took rice "Arborio" Mistral. Cooking
Pour the rice into a bowl and wash according to the instructions. Vegetables wash and clean.
In a deep pan with thick walls put 50 g of butter.
In melted butter, put: chopped onion, saute 3-5 min.
Then julienne the carrots, stir and simmer 3 min.
And a large tomato. Simmer until cooked carrots.
To the vegetables pour the rice, add the seasoning,
And gradually pour the broth. When the rice is crumbly, but not dry, remove pan from heat, add 30 g of butter, mix everything carefully.
Before serving generously sprinkle with grated cheese. I bring to the table it was still early, so my photo without cheese, but I advise you to sprinkle with cheese, it's delicious! I served in portion pots, easy to reheat and serve. Bon appetit!
