Pies with potatoes in the oven
Hot delicious pies with potatoes, so that they are not fried! The dough for this recipe turns out airy and delicate, despite the lack of baking.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Semolina

    70 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

For the dough sift into large bowl the flour, add the semolina, the yeast, mix. In warm water dissolve salt and sugar, add to the bulk mixture, add vegetable oil, knead a smooth dough.

Cover with cling film and leave in a warm 1-1,5 hours before the increase in volume 2 times.

While suitable dough, prepare the filling. Carrots to grate on cucumbers, onions finely chop, send in the pan, pour in the oil. With the lid closed on slow fire to bring to readiness.

Peeled potatoes boiled in salted water, drain (leaving a few tablespoons for the filling puree), crushed with kartoffelsalat, add the prepared onions and carrots. Salt to taste, cool. The dough came, the stuffing is ready.

Formed into cakes in the usual way, lay on a sheet lined with parchment send for proofing for 20 minutes.

Bake at 180C for about 30 mins I got 2 baking trays of pies.
