Beans with tomato and rice
Summer season fresh, flavorful tomato, very often the dish is cooked. Very tasty, hearty and just what you need in the post.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans pre-soak in water, I do it at night. Boil until tender.

Peel the onion. Tomatoes pour boiling water for 2 minutes and peel.

Finely chop the onion, chili cut into rings, peeled tomatoes in cubes.

In olive oil lightly fry the onion and pepper.

Add the beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste and a little water. Season with salt and pepper ( if necessary) and stew under a lid for seven minutes. It is quite self-sufficient dish. You can eat both cold and hot. But with rice it will more delicious and satisfying..

Boil according to the instructions basmati rice mix. Place on a plate cooked rice, top with beans.
