Chicken cutlets
Summer is very often cook these burgers! Greens you can add any! Dill, parsley, green onions... Very tender, just air! Try it! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

Cooking

Potatoes cook until done. Crushed in puree with butter. Leave to cool.

Chicken fillet boil until tender. Cut into small pieces. And yet out hands just mush.

Dill and green onions finely chop. Add to the chicken.

Season with salt and pepper, add 1 egg. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix well.

Add the cooled mashed potatoes. Knead potato and minced chicken.

In one bowl beat the egg and milk. In another pour the breadcrumbs.

The hand formed patties, any shape. Cutlet dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
