Cooking
Products required for cooking chicken.
Chicken wash, dry, prisolit inside and outside. Mix ingredients for marinade, coat the chicken on all sides, put in a covered foil tray and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes, turning occasionally and basting segregated juice. Wrap the legs with foil so they don't burn.
For vegetable toppings carrots peeled, cut into small cubes and boil in small amount of salted water for 5-7 minutes. White bread cut into cubes and dry on a dry pan. Onion cut into small cubes.
Pistachio crush, chop the greens.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Fry the onions in vegetable oil, add boiled carrots, green peas, pistachios, breadcrumbs and chopped dill.
Pour sauteed vegetables whipped with milk egg, a little salt and fry, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Baked chicken cut in half with scissors for cutting poultry or to make an incision in the midline the breast without cutting into halves.
Inside each of the halves of the chicken, put the cooked vegetable mixture, sprinkle top with grated cheese. The remaining stuffing, you can fill the halves of peppers and bake them with the chicken in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees, removing the foil from legs.
