Pork chops with vegetables in the oven
My version of meat with vegetables and cheese. Delicious, fast and very easy.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

    10 g

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    70 g

Meat wash, cut into pieces with a thickness of about 1.5 cm.

Meat tenderizer. Not to be confused with "kill" meat, beats without fanaticism, not much =) Salt, pepper to taste.

Very quickly fry in a pan without oil, over high heat, on both sides, so the juice stays inside the meat, and it will be more juicy.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Pan grease with a little vegetable oil without smell. Spread the meat.

Onions and mushrooms chop and fry 2 minutes. Also separately cut into strips and fry 1 minute bell peppers. All this can be put on the meat and not fried, this is at personal discretion, but the taste will be different.

Grease the meat with a little mayonnaise. Put the mushrooms with onions.

Next, put the pepper and tomato.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake it in the oven until Golden crust on the cheese. For 15-20 minutes. The meat is ready, Bon appetit!!!
