Curd pie with berries
Fluffy yeast dough, layer of curd, smetana fill and assorted berries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    225 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Berry

    1.25 cup

Cooking

Sift the flour into a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar. Pour warm milk, add warm butter, egg, salt. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces (I used only one part). Roll out into a circle. Spread in a round baking dish, place bumpers.

Curd connect with vanillin (1 g) with 75 g of sugar and one egg. Grind and spread on a layer of dough.

Whip cream with 2 eggs, vanilla and remaining sugar. Pour the sour cream filling over cheese layer.

Sprinkle on top of berries. To give time for the cake in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes.
