Salmon under vegetables
The most simple and quick (but non-dietary:) way to cook red fish, which I use for years. I'm sure many know about this recipe, but, I hope, to someone my experience will be useful!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1.2 piece

  • Carrots

    1.2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Defrost the fish, cut off head and fins, one half of the cropping range, the second detachable from the ridge and release the remaining fillet from the bones. The skin is left behind.

Cut into portions. I make an average of six pink salmon. If when cleaning the fish turned meat trimmings, it is also possible to form a batch, after baking, the difference will not be noticeable.

Prepare the remaining ingredients. Carrots and cheese (separately), grate on a coarse grater.

Onion cut into half rings. The oven, turn on heating at 180 C.

Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put on it slices of fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. To your preference, add seasonings.

At home we eat mayonnaise with pleasure, so I added generously, forgive me nutritionists)

Stacked layers on the fish, onion, carrot and cheese.

Send a baking sheet in the oven for 40-50 minutes. The baking temperature 180-200 OS.
