Chocolate pancakes with lemon sauce
For chocolate lovers pancakes offer a refreshing delicious sauce! If desired, the lemon can be replaced with any citrus!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.3 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pinch

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.3 cup

Cooking

Prepare the dough as in previous recipe. Need melted butter.

Better to melt it in water or milk on the fire. I have dry milk dissolved in water.

Pour into a jug blender. Add salt, sugar, vanilla. Protein because the yolk is needed for the sauce, but can be a whole egg, of course.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder.

Add cacao and oil Oleina.

Whisk 2-3 seconds the dough.

Slightly grease a cast iron skillet with oil and pour the liquid batter.

Use canola oil Oleina.

For lemon Kurd (sauce) separate the yolk from the white.

RUB soft butter with sugar, preferably small.

Mix and put in a water bath. Pour the juice of 0.5 lemon or to taste.
