Pancakes with tuna and tapenade sauce
Pancakes is one of my favorite treats. I suggest you to try delicious pancakes with a filling of canned tuna and very vkusnym a tapenade sauce. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    350 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Parsley

    6 sprig

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Black olives

    200 g

  • Anchovies

    5 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    420 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    190 g

  • Sunflower oil

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the pancakes. Mix milk, eggs and salt. Add flour and stir until smooth. Then add the butter and beat in to the batter. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then, bake pancakes, greasing the pan when necessary with sunflower oil.

For the salad, mix the tuna, chopped pickles, narezanie capers, lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped parsley.

Mayonnaise.

For the sauce grind tapanda capers, black olives, anchovies, lemon juice and sunflower oil TM "generous gift" with a food processor.

Put the pancake on a plate, on bottom half smear salad

Cover with the second half

Top lubricated with a sauce of capenda

And fold another in half.
