Pumpkin pancakes with Apple-caramel filling
Very tasty, tender and sweet pancakes!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Water

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel, cut, boil, drain the water, beat with a blender or RUB through a sieve.

In a saucepan, mix warm water and milk, yeast, 1 pinch salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, half of flour and place the dough in a warm place for 20 minutes.

When the dough is suitable, add the pumpkin, mix well.

Separate the yolks from the whites, mash them with the remaining sugar, put in the dough. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and carefully put into the dough and mix well.

Leave the dough in a warm place for a while.

Bake pancakes on greased with vegetable oil ""Oleyna" skillet (frying pan should be well heated) Spread about 2 tbsp of dough and spread on the pan.

For the filling apples peel and we shall cut cubes, mix with cinnamon.

Melt the butter and fry the apples until Golden brown, sprinkle with sugar and pour a little water.
