Turkey breast in walnut & mayonnaise sauce
The recipe that I propose today, it can be attributed to the recipes from the series "fast and delicious" I accidentally found it looking through the August issue of the Oprah magazine, the recipe was in an advertisement of one of the mayonnaise produced in Russia. Try. The dish is perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    600 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    250 ml

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

I have a Turkey breast already sliced into large chunks. Fillet wash, dry, season with salt and pepper, squeeze through garlic press. Mix well, distributing all the pieces more or less evenly. Onion cut into not very large, the nuts grind (I used a blender).

Dissolve the starch in two tablespoons of water, mix with mayonnaise and walnuts, stir until smooth.

In a heated pan with olive oil fry both sides of the slices of Turkey, approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.

Then add the onion and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add orange juice, brandy (from this ingredient if necessary and to refuse), Basil and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. If you want to add fresh Basil, it makes sense to add it to the already prepared dish before serving.

Add to the pan with the Turkey nut-mayonnaise a lot, simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. It is approximately 10 minutes.

The finished dish sprinkle with finely chopped greens. On my side dish was pasta, and marinated pepper.
