Cooking
Buckwheat flakes pour boiling water, add the melted butter, leave to infuse till swelling 10 minutes.
Beat the sugar, egg and melted honey, add the spices, cocoa, grated on a fine grater ginger
To the mixture add the buckwheat. Then, gradually pouring flour, zamesit dough.
The dough will be soft, slightly sticky, plastic.
With wet hands flatten the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut), put them on parchment or a silicone Mat.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
Gingerbread turn out rather nice and no frills, with nice cracks.
However, you can brush them with melted honey and place small pieces of candied ginger.
Or decorate them with melted white chocolate and ginger that will emphasize the spicy taste.
