Cake with blueberries and nectarine
Dear cooks, I offer you a pie with cottage cheese combined with seasonal fruits and berries - peaches and blueberries. The cake turns out tasty and tender, like children and adults. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    1 handful

  • Nectarine

    1 piece

Butter chop with flour and sugar.

Add one egg, repaid soda, vinegar, salt on the tip of a knife and knead the dough. Wrap film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes

During this time, prepare the filling. Cheese mash well with a fork, add the eggs, cream, sugar, semolina and mix well until smooth.

After 30 minutes remove the dough from the fridge, roll it and put in a baking dish.

On the dough put some cheese mass and put it on her blueberry.

To put the second part of the curd mass and spread it, cut into thin slices nectarine.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven. Allow the pie to cool completely. Remove carefully from the mould and serve.
