I hope that the connoisseurs of Oriental cuisine, will you blame me for this the name of the dish. Perhaps it would be better to say that it's just "pasta with vegetables". But my kids like to call it "FAS-lagman". The basis of the recipe is beans. Turns out very tasty and appetizing dish, and most importantly, very satisfying. I hope that you will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Seasoning

  • Water

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Loved the mung beans. Soft delicate creamy taste goes well with vegetables.

Boil the beans. Great fall apart

Cut into cubes onion. Fry until Golden brown.

Coarsely chop the carrots and add to the onions

Add the chopped pepper and tomato. However, I have pickled peppers in tomato juice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and add the seasoning, dill and parsley.

Boil the potatoes. My kids love potatoes, so I took more. And 2-3 medium potatoes enough.

Add vegetables and potatoes to the beans. If you think the sauce is too thick, add a little hot water.

Make the dough. Take the flour, add the coarse salt and knead with hot water. Take the water to the maximum hot. Thanks to the hot water our dough will not spread out when cooking.

Mix very stiff dough. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out thinly about 1 mm.

We shall cut slices, sprinkle with flour and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Further, the wafers cut into noodles of such width and length which you like best. I, however, have a small helper - the machine is the pasta maker. My mother does not recognize her and always cut by hand.

The servings boil noodles in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Each portion recline in a colander and sprinkle with oil.
