Spice
The spice is called by the method of preparation, their member ingredients, shape or location. There are many recipes for meatballs in Turkish. Here is one of them.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In forcemeat add the grated onion and squeezed through a garlic press.

Finely chop the parsley, add to the mince. As well as cumin, salt, pepper.

Then add the breadcrumbs and egg. All a good stir.

Now form patties: roll a small ball, flatten with your palms. Turn the cutlet with a diameter of about 4 cm.

Roll in flour and fry with 2 sides in vegetable oil.
