Meat cupcakes for Easter
The original meat bran muffins, Turkey meat, vegetables and olives. Tender and tasty, delicious. The original molding will appeal to you and your household.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    110 ml

  • Minced Turkey

    140 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Olives

    6 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    30 g

  • Black pepper

    0.17 tsp

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve sugar, yeast, add 2 tbsp flour, stir and put the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes, during this time, the dough will rise. Add to the sourdough oat bran, salt.

Add the flour, oil and knead the dough, leave on for 20-25 minutes, to rise.

Roll out the dough into the reservoir.

Minced salt, pepper, stir. On the dough evenly put the stuffing.

Green onions finely chop and put the stuffing.

Tomato cut into pieces.

Put chopped olives and tomato on a layer of minced meat with onions.

Roll the dough into a loaf. Slice the roll into transverse slices ( I got 9 cupcakes).

Put the dough-side down in muffin tins. Give time for the cupcakes for 20 minutes.

Cheese grate on a fine grater and sprinkle on cupcakes.

Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes.
