Flounder in coconut milk with mushrooms
Flounder is my favorite fish! I offer you a simple and tasty recipe of its preparation. Although, perhaps, this fish is impossible to spoil.

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    2.5 kg

  • Coconut milk

    1 can

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Divide the fish into portions, salt, pepper, add spices for fish. Pour a can of coconut milk and leave for a couple of hours.

Onions finely chop.

Rinse the mushrooms from the liquid in which they are located. If you have fresh mushrooms, then this is certainly the best option.

Olive or vegetable oil to fry onions with mushrooms.

Pour into the pan of cream and egg yolk, cover with a lid and on small fire boil down until thick sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Fish roll in flour and fry on all sides until cooked. Fried fish very quickly, and the meat it turns out very tender!
