Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Beans

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Onion peel, finely chop and put into a preheated with oil pan. Then wash, peel carrots, grate on a coarse grater and add to onion.

Green beans (not defrosting) and red beans (you can cook can be canned in its own juice), add to vegetables. All salt, pepper and stir, simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile pita prepare our future cakes. Cut it into 4 pieces and put two pieces on top of each other in the baking dish. Then spread the filling of bean spread on pita bread. Tomato cut into cubes and put in the beans, all sprinkle with grated cheese, put in oven.

Once the pita bread will become Golden brown, take out the biscuits, spread them on plates and ate. Don't forget the fresh greens!
