Cooking
First, prepare sauce. In a blender put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 3 tbsp honey, half of garlic, salt, pepper and all mix well.
Ribs fry in a hot pan without oil for 2-3 mins on each side until Golden brown.
Then put the ribs on a baking sheet, grease with sauce and bake it in the oven.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut the piece into individual ribs and serve with garnish. I cooked boiled potatoes. Bon appetit!
