Cooking
In a pan pour oil and heat it.
Finely chop the garlic and spread on the pan. (If you have stuffing without onions, along with garlic and fry the onions.)
Peeled celery stalk, finely chop and put to the garlic.
Finely chop the bell pepper, and also in the pan.
Once the pepper has become soft in the pan sent chopped tomato. Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat, spices and condiments, except salt and Bay leaf. Stir, cover, simmer 20-30 minutes on low heat.
Spread the cheese and once it is completely melted, add the Bay leaves, taste for salt (doselevel, if necessary). Allow to stew on low heat for another 5-10 minutes.
