Pancakes with berry sauce and cream cheese
Just incredibly delicious pancakes. For lovers of cream cheese and currant.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black currants

    2 handful

  • Red currants

    2 handful

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Cream cheese

    150 g

Cooking

Whisk eggs with salt and sugar. I whip it with a mixer. It with a whisk. Add milk and gradually introduce the flour. Whisk.

Add the vegetable oil TM "Oleina" classic. Whisk.

The pan heats to maximum heat. Add a little vegetable oil TM "Oleyna", wipe with a cloth pan.

Bake pancakes. Here such thin crepes. Just say, I don't like very crispy pancakes, so easy blush, but this does not mean that they are raw.

For the sauce, I took the frozen red and black currants.

Every one of them was purerave in a blender.

Then in pan spread mashed black currants, add a little water, approximately 100 ml, 2 tbsp sugar (more or less). Bring to the boil, dissolve the sugar.

0.5 CH. l. starch dilute 2 tbsp of cold water. I have corn starch, you can take the potato. Gradually add to the blackcurrants. Keep on heat until the sauce thickens, as in the photo. Cool.

Spread mashed red currants, add a little water, approximately 100 ml, 2 tbsp sugar (more or less). Bring to the boil, dissolve the sugar.

0.5 CH. l. starch dilute 2 tbsp of cold water. Gradually add to the blackcurrants. Keep on heat until the sauce thickens, as in the photo. Cool.

Turn the pancake that way.

In the center put 1 tsp of cream cheese. You can take any sweet cream cheese. It is possible without it, but it tastes better.

Fold. Spread on a plate and pour the sauce.
