Pancake pie with meat and cabbage filling. Recipe from TM Oleina.

Cooking
For the first filling: Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil "Oleina classic".
Add to the onions minced, salt, pepper, fry until ready.
For the second filling: Finely chopped onion fry in vegetable oil "Oleina classic".
Shred cabbage, add to the onions, pour 50 ml of water and to extinguish under a cover for 20 min.
When the cabbage is ready add to the stuffing boiled, finely chopped egg.
Pancakes: Eggs, salt and sugar mix in a suitable container and blend until smooth.
Add the beaten eggs to the boiling water, carefully, thin stream. Mass starts to grow.
In kefir add soda, stir and vegetable oil "Oleina classic" 5 tbsp.
Pour the yogurt into the resulting mass of eggs and water. Fall asleep flour. All mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes to infuse. The dough should be rather thin (variable with flour).
Pour into a heated pan a little vegetable oil "Oleina classic".
Fry thin pancakes in a standard way. From these ingredients they obtained about 20 pieces.
It remains to assemble the pie. Baking tray lay baking paper and grease with vegetable oil "Oleina classic".
Lay the pancakes in the form as follows: the first pancake is on the bottom of the form, in other pancakes to close the edges.
Spread pancake with melted cheese, whipped cream.
Spread the first filling.
Cover with a layer of pancakes on the sides and put on top of the pancake.
Then again coat with cream cheese, spread a layer of cabbage filling.
Close with a layer of pancakes. Grease top with sour cream and cheese.
The thus prepared cake put in the oven for 10-15 min.
