So I decided not to fight back from the team and, ahead of the carnival, to share my version of cooking this wonderful delicacy))) the Pancakes are very delicious, with a pleasant aroma and delicate taste... Ask me for a light)))

Cooking
4 yolk RUB with 1 tablespoon of sugar and oil (pre-oil, remove from refrigerator so that it is soft at room temperature)
Black currants are sent to the processor (blender) and puree them with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add in the yolk mass milk and flour. Milk I always pre-heated to 40 degrees. Knead the dough to remove all lumps, if any. Add to the same, our blackcurrant puree. It is kneaded.
In proteins add a pinch of salt and whisk. No need to try to beat them to "peak" just to thick foam. Put them into the dough, mix up gently. Allow dough to stand for 10 minutes.
Then, fry pancakes with 2 sides...
While crepes are frying, prepare the "stuffing". Whisk the curd with condensed milk. Divide the resulting mass into two parts. In one add cocoa powder and again whisk.
Ready pancakes generously grease cottage cheese, alternating white and chocolate, turn it into triangles. If you want stuffing, you can add currant berries.
Lay out, decorate and enjoy. Pancakes are really very delicious))
