Mitlof (meatloaf)
Sure that this dish will not give any one a cowboy!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    0.25 cup

  • Water

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 can

  • Sauce

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Quinoa cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the gas, close the lid and cook until tender about 15-20 minutes.

Onions finely chop, garlic finely chop or use chesnokodavilku. In a pan saute the onion until lightly Golden. About 5 minutes. Then add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Remove from the heat.

In a deep container, put the beef, quinoa, onions, garlic, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of the Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper and mix well.

Prepare sauce: mix brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and water until smooth.

Mitlof put in a baking dish (I put on the bottom of the form pergamentnoy paper for baking). Grease top with the sauce and send in a preheated 350F (175С) for 50 minutes.
