Pickle salmon
Our family love fish soups. Here is one of them. Simple and quick to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Greens

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

Fish boil the broth, drain and place the salmon on a plate. Cut potatoes and put in the broth.

Carrots three on a grater, finely chop the onion, lightly fry in vegetable oil and put in the soup. My figure well and also put in the soup.

When potatoes, rice, carrots and onions are ready, grate on a grater large cucumber, finely chop the red pepper, take the Bay leaf and add to the soup. Allow to boil for 5-10 minutes. In the finished soup put the fish and greens.
